Full-time cook needed immediately. Must be available 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m., including holidays and weekends. Applicants should be willing to be cross-trained for other duties within the department. This position qualifies for full-time benefit programs. Wesley Pines is an EEOE.
CNAs, RNs and LPNs
FT and PRN CNAs, LPNs and RNs needed for all shifts. Long-term care experience is a plus but not required. Successful applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Wesley Pines is an EEOE.
Dining Room Servers — Part Time
Part-time dining room servers needed. Must be available 6 a.m.-6:30 p.m., including weekends and holidays. These positions are available immediately. Applications may be submitted online or in person. Wesley Pines is an EEOE.
Social Services Director
Full Time Director of Social Services needed. The Director of Social Services is a salaried individual that identifies the medically related social services and emotional needs of the resident, provides social services to residents requiring such services or makes referrals to Social Agencies if necessary, makes arrangements for financial assistance for residents to appropriate agencies, ensures that the resident (family, and responsible person) are fully informed of the resident’s personal and property rights, records pertinent social data about personal and family problems medically related to the patient’s illness and care and of action taken to meet the resident’s needs, maintains records of each resident referral to outside resources, ensures the confidentiality of all residents’ social and medical information, serves as the facility’s Discharge Planning Coordinator and executes all responsibilities and functions delineated in the discharge plan, conducts an initial social service assessment of all admissions, completes the social service sections on the MDS and maintains current and up-to-date social service progress notes on all residents. Candidates must be personable and customer service orientented. Long term care experience preferred. Full benefits package available. We are continually looking for compassionate individuals to help make Wesley Pines a wonderful place to live for our residents. If you have a passion for helping others, consider serving our community as a volunteer or intern. Many of our volunteers and interns go on to careers within the health care and administrative fields after a fulfilling and educational season at our community. Please contact us to learn about current openings. Below is a sample list of volunteer and internship opportunities.
All volunteers must be at least 15 years or older.
Helps organize on-campus activities such as art and computer classes, Bible studies, musical entertainment, and decorating. Assists in coordinating student and pet visitors and visitor activities.
Could include copying, filing, scanning, mailing, and receptionist opportunities.
Be outdoors helping with cleanup projects, gardening, and general as-needed maintenance.
Fundraiser & Special Events
Assistant — Help our local committee with fundraising projects and special events.
