Full time night security guard position is now available. This position is eligible for all full time benefits and is available immediately. Normal hours are from 8PM until 5AM, subject to minor adjustments as required. Must be available weekends and holidays.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.

2. Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.

3. Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.

4. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor.

Other Duties:

1. Performs light maintenance as time allows such as changing light bulbs, touch‑up painting and similar assignments.

2. Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition.

3. Attends in-service training and education session, as assigned.

Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Helps organize on-campus activities such as art and computer classes, Bible studies, musical entertainment, and decorating. Assists in coordinating student and pet visitors and visitor activities.

Could include copying, filing, scanning, mailing, and receptionist opportunities.

Be outdoors helping with cleanup projects, gardening, and general as-needed maintenance.

Assistant — Help our local committee with fundraising projects and special events.
