About Our Faith-Based Senior Living Community

Robeson County’s first and only CCRC.

Wesley Pines is a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Lumberton, NC. We offer older adults an independent lifestyle, services and amenities that make life easier and more enjoyable, and a continuum of care that addresses the needs of residents as they grow older.

Founded by The United Methodist Retirement Homes in 1977, Wesley Pines is a faith-based senior living community. As a not-for-profit retirement community, our focus is solely on improving the quality of life for residents.

We’re proud to be recognized as the Best Retirement Community in The Robesonian Readers’ Choice Awards and strive to be the provider of choice for retirement living and continuing care services in North Carolina.

Owned and Operated by United Methodist Retirement Homes

Our not-for-profit parent organization, United Methodist Retirement Homes (UMRH), was created in 1955 when 13 senior adults chose to create a better retirement for themselves. Today, UMRH is comprised of three senior living communities — serving more than 1,100 residents and working with 650 employees.
