With over 125 full- and part-time staff members, we understand that Wesley Pines is your home. We are privileged and honored to make sure every resident is able to live as independently as possible in whatever the setting or level of care they reside. Our caring staff often form bonds with our residents making them feel more like family than caregivers.

Our staff consistently receives many positive Resident Satisfaction Surveys every year for excellent service from our Activities, Administration, Environmental Services, Food and Beverage, Maintenance, Marketing, Nursing, Reception Services, and Social Services teams. In 2016, we received the great honor of having the lowest employee turnover of any CCRC managed by Life Care Services in the nation: 11.65%. We like to think it's because we all have one thing in common: our love for the residents we serve makes our jobs absolutely fulfilling.
